Prague – Old Town

Originally a medieval settlement, the quarters of Praha’s old town is a beautifully preserved walk through history. Romanesque, Baroque, Gothic and Art Nouveau architecture and influence is around every corner bringing in hordes of tourists from every corner of the world. My tip: Get up early, and walk those streets! Hit the big sites first: The Old Town Square; notably The Old Town Hall (climb to the top for great views) & Astronomical Clock, Tyn & St. Nicolas Church followed by a short stroll to Vlata River and the grand Charles Bridge. Below are just a few snaps from the Old Town quarters.
