Living in Singapore has resulted in a complete change in beauty regime for me. The constant mix of hot & humid weather with the shock of dry air-conditioning plays havoc with my skin.
What makes it even worse is that it’s so difficult to wear makeup (slides off with the heat) without reapplying constantly. Most of the time, I don’t even bother wearing foundation.
So, when I discovered Bare Minerals SPF30 Natural Sunscreen powder on my recent trip to the US, I grabbed as many bottles as I could carry. It has a light coverage, eliminates sheen/shine and also provides much needed sun protection.
The best part of all is it’s super easy to use and carry versus loose powders (which can be very messy and requires you to carry a brush) and is much lighter in appearance than a pressed powder (no caking).
It comes in 3 shades: light, medium and dark and can be purchased at Sephora. Note: I haven’t had the chance to check if Sephora Singapore stocks it – fingers crossed.
